Vehicle Return
At the end of the contract the vehicle will be collected from you.
The collection driver will complete a report in your presence, which you must sign, showing the condition of the vehicle.
Motiva Vehicle Contracts will then get an independent assessor to inspect the vehicle to determine any costs for shortages or necessary repairs, to ensure that the vehicle satisfies the condition criteria detailed in the BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear Guide.

Every year, Motiva Vehicle Contracts disposes of several thousand vehicles as their contracts expire. More and more of these vehicles are being purchased by their drivers, because they know they are getting a quality used car with a proven history, at a very competitive price.
To take advantage of this opportunity, please contact the Trade Sales Department approximately one month prior to the vehicle being returned, quoting the vehicle registration number and the current mileage. This will enable us to quote you a price on the vehicle’s value.
No purchase can be made until the agreement has been officially terminated by your company.
