Tyres

It is the driver's responsibility, and a condition of the contract, that tyres are maintained properly, and in accordance with current legislation and manufacturer’s recommendations.

IMPORTANT: YOU SHOULD CHECK TYRES ON A WEEKLY BASIS. CORRECT TYRE PRESSURES AND DEPTHS SHOULD BE MAINTAINED TO ENSURE THAT LEGAL REQUIREMENTS ARE OBSERVED.

Tyre Replacement

When new tyres are required, please telephone Kwik Fit, ATS or National on 0800 222 111. Arrangements will then be made on your behalf for new tyres to be fitted by an approved supplier, either at work, home or another location to suit your schedule. Alternatively, you may wish to arrange to visit the depot of one of the approved suppliers at a time and location convenient to you.

Remember, if your company does not undertake a maintenance contract, all costs for tyres and other maintenance items must be settled directly by your company.

Abnormal Tyre Wear

If abnormal tyre wear is noticed, please have the vehicle checked over by the servicing garage.

Locking Wheel Nut Key

Please ensure that this has been provided with the vehicle on delivery and keep it safe and available for use during routine servicing, tyre replacement and puncture repairs. Ensure that the repairer has returned it to your safe keeping after use.
