Motiva provides a 24-hour helpline should you require assistance or contact telephone numbers.
On expiry of the manufacturer's breakdown cover, or if no cover is available, the vehicle is automatically covered by Motiva Assist for home and roadside assistance, onward travel and replacement vehicle for 24-hours (when the contract vehicle has been attended and cannot be repaired within a reasonable time). Motiva Assist will also provide cover in Europe subject to prior notification.
Please have the following information ready when calling for assistance:
- Vehicle registration number
- Vehicle make and model
- Full details of assistance location
- Contact telephone number
- Brief description of the fault/incident
